Villa
Luginsland
Ongoing social media management and content strategy for Villa Luginsland, a Polish cultural foundation operating between Malta and Poland.
As Marketing and Communications Manager, I shape how the institution shows up across its social channels, balancing a curatorial sensibility with the warmth of a working cultural space. The programme spans art residencies, international symposia, and a wine estate rooted in heritage.
The work covers everything from day to day content production to large scale campaigns tied to events like the MICAS International Symposium and the Malta Biennale 2026.
Villa Luginsland sits at the intersection of two audiences that don't always speak the same language, literally and culturally. Establishing a consistent bilingual voice across Polish and English followers, while building recognition for the institution inside the Maltese cultural sector, meant every post had to work on more than one level at once.
The residency, exhibition, and wine projects had grown somewhat separately over time. The challenge was connecting them under one coherent identity, while still supporting press moments, awards, and international partnerships with content that could turn around quickly.
Content is planned in rolling monthly cycles, with priority moments anchored to programme milestones such as exhibitions, awards, and visits from international partners. Each platform has its own tone. Instagram carries the visual storytelling and behind the scenes work, LinkedIn speaks to the institutional and partnership audience, and Facebook supports event reach.
Captions are written in both Polish and English where the audience warrants it, and the visual treatment leans on the institution's existing identity rather than overlaying a separate aesthetic.
The role extends well past the social channels. As Marketing and Communications Manager, I also design the printed and presented side of the institution's communications, keeping everything visually aligned with the brand.
Posters
Event and exhibition posters for programme milestones, designed for both print and digital distribution.
Invitations
Invites for openings, symposia, and gala events, carrying the same visual language as the wider brand.
Presentations
Corporate and partner-facing decks, including large bilingual presentations built for symposia and press briefings.
Villa Luginsland now carries a recognisable, bilingual voice across its channels, one that reads as consistent whether the post is a studio update, a press moment, or an award announcement. The Malta Biennale pavilion's Best Pavilion win landed alongside a coordinated press and social push, and the residency, exhibition, and wine projects now sit under a single, connected identity.
The work continues on a rolling basis, with each new programme milestone folded into the same ongoing content strategy.
